A space for intentional inner exploration, held in care, community, and presence.

Legal psilocybin-assisted retreats, offered responsibly in Spain and the Netherlands.

A structured process of preparation, immersion, and integration — held over time.

Omnia is a collective offering intentional inner exploration through carefully held retreat spaces.

Our work draws from contemporary therapeutic approaches and long-standing traditions of working with altered states — weaving together therapeutic, somatic, and ceremonial practices to create environments where individuals can engage with their inner world in a grounded and supported way.

We understand inner exploration not as an isolated or individual pursuit, but as something that unfolds in relationship — with oneself, with others, and with the living world. Rather than seeking intensity, we emphasize depth and how these experiences are held, integrated, and embodied as part of a broader process of transformation over time.

We invite you into a space where inner exploration is taken seriously — and held with care.

Our retreats bring together small groups of six to twelve people, intentionally kept intimate so that the entirety of each person can be truly met. Within that container, we weave two psilocybin ceremonies into a wider arc of somatic, expressive, and relational practices — designed to support what the medicine opens, and to help it land somewhere real. Preparation and integration are given as much care as the ceremonies themselves.

The invitation is open to anyone ready to explore their inner world with intention and depth — whether that means moving through grief, burnout, or a life in transition; finding a way forward after years of personal work that has brought you to an edge; or returning to something a previous psychedelic experience touched but left unfinished.

What we hold space for is reconnection — with yourself, with others, with the natural world, and with a sense of meaning that can be felt in the body, carried into relationships, and lived over time.

We relate to plant medicines as allies. They can open something profound. Our work is to make sure there is a space worthy of what they bring forward.

Working with us

Our work is trauma-informed and relational at its core.

We recognise that altered states can amplify what is unresolved as much as what is beautiful.

For that reason, we prioritise preparation, pacing and integration over peak experience.

Choosing to work with us means choosing a framework that is:

  • Trauma-informedGrounded in nervous system awareness, consent, and emotional safety.
  • IntentionalEvery element of the retreat serves a clear purpose.
  • RelationalHealing and insight emerge within connection, not hierarchy.
  • Ethically heldTransparency, legality and responsibility are foundational.
  • Integration-orientedWhat happens after the experience matters as much as the journey itself.

We do not present ourselves as saviours or spiritual authorities.

We are facilitators — human beings engaged in our own ongoing learning — here to support with care.

Ritual elements may be present as containers of meaning and presence, but they do not belong to any religion, doctrine or ideology.

This space welcomes diverse identities, cultures, beliefs and lived experiences.

This is not something we do to you.
It is something we hold with you.

The journey we offer

Our retreats are not standalone experiences. They are part of a wider process, unfolding before, during, and long after the retreat itself.

Preparation

Before arriving, we take time to build a foundation.

Through individual sessions, intention setting, and careful screening, we support you in arriving grounded, resourced, and ready to engage with depth.

This phase allows for clarity, safety, and a more meaningful engagement with what may arise.

Immersion

The retreat unfolds within a small, carefully held group.

Ceremonial work is woven into a wider field of somatic, relational, and expressive practices — allowing the experience to be met with presence, support, and care.

Each moment is held within a structured and attentive container.

Integration

What emerges during the retreat is only the beginning.

In the months that follow, we continue to walk alongside you — supporting the integration of insights into daily life, relationships, and meaningful change.

This is where the deeper work unfolds.

Who this space is for

This work is not for everyone. It is for those who feel that something within them is ready to shift — and are willing to meet that process with honesty and commitment.

You may feel called to this work if:

  • You are curious about psychedelics and your inner world, and want to meet that curiosity in a safe and held setting.
  • You simply wish to explore these states in an intentional and safe context.
  • You are moving through burnout, grief, or a period of transition.
  • You have already engaged in personal or therapeutic work, but feel something remains unresolved.
  • You sense that something within you is asking to be met, rather than avoided.
  • You are seeking not just insight, but a way to embody and live what you discover.

This process asks for presence, responsibility, and a willingness to stay with what unfolds.

How it started

Portrait of Yanis Dida, founder of Omnia

My relationship with psychedelics began with exploration and curiosity. Over the years, these experiences brought me moments of beauty, deep insights and profound shifts in perspective. But they also led me through a particularly difficult experience that forced me to reconsider everything — my relationship with these substances, and the way they are approached.

Stepping away from them for a long period became a necessary step. That time allowed me to cultivate inner stability, deepen my understanding of mental health, and educate myself seriously on both the risks and the transformative potential of these experiences.

This path then led me toward intentional and ceremonial settings. Working alongside the Shipibo in Peru offered me a completely different relationship to plant medicines — rooted in ritual, discipline and reverence.

I went on to train with Kiyumi, a collective of respected practitioners weaving contemporary therapeutic approaches with ancestral traditions.

Omnia was born from this whole journey — from the direct experience of both the beauty and the shadow sides of altered states, and from the belief that these medicines can offer immense benefit when approached with integrity, preparation, and genuine support.

Today, we work as a team — practitioners, therapists and facilitators — committed to creating spaces centred on safety, presence and care. Our commitment also extends to education, harm reduction and broader accessibility, because we believe these transformative experiences should not be reserved for a few.

Psychedelic experiences can be powerful.

But without the right conditions, they can remain fragmented, confusing, or difficult to integrate.

We believe that what makes the difference is not only the experience itself, but how it is prepared, held, and supported over time.

This is where meaningful and lasting transformation becomes possible.

A complete journey, not a single event.

Each journey includes preparation, immersion, and several months of integration — held within a consistent and relational framework.

Because of the depth of this work and the level of care involved, participation is limited to small groups, and each person is met individually throughout the process.

Each retreat is held in a unique setting, with a specific team and structure. Full details are shared during the initial conversation, to ensure clarity and alignment for both sides.

What people say

Voices from people who have walked this path with us.

“Working with Omnia shifted something deep for me. I felt so safe and cared for to enter shadow work. The ceremony helped me release so much pain and start looking at the world with joy and humour — something new, to process sadness and trauma with such calm, gentle humor. The follow-up sessions are a game-changer for staying on track through healing.”
Pia — India
“I was looking for a safe and professional space to explore the healing powers of the psychedelic mushroom experience, and found it with Omnia. What stood out was the screening process and the focus on applying tools to prepare for and integrate the experience. As facilitators they're professional, attentive, warm, humble and nurturing — the retreat helped me do the spiritual work I needed.”
Welat — Sweden
“What a life-transforming experience! I had always considered psychedelics to be healing, but to take mushrooms with intention in such a setting makes the experience so much deeper and life-changing. The facilitators made me feel totally safe throughout the retreat and prepared us in the best way for the ceremony itself. The follow-up calls afterwards were a way to keep the teachings alive and fully integrate such a strong experience.”
